Classic City Valet Trash offers a straightforward, reliable doorstep waste collection service designed specifically for apartment communities. Here's exactly how it works.

Doorstep Collection

Our uniformed team picks up your trash directly from outside your apartment door. Simply place your bags outside before 7 PM on collection nights and we handle the rest.

3 Nights Per Week

We collect Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM. A consistent, reliable schedule your residents can count on. More frequent pickup is available upon request for additional fees.

Up to 3 Bags Per Unit

Each unit may place up to 3 standard-size trash bags per collection night. Bags should be securely tied and placed by the door before 7 PM.

Boxes Must Be Broken Down

Cardboard boxes must be flattened and broken down before being placed out for collection. This ensures efficient pickup and keeps hallways clear.

Transport to On-Site Dumpster

We transport all collected waste directly to the on-site dumpster or compactor. No trips to the dumpster for your residents, ever.

Clean Hallway Policy

After every collection round, our team inspects hallways and breezeways to ensure no mess is left behind. We leave the area cleaner than we found it.
